Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We ship all orders in 1-7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be updated through the carrier service. All orders will be shipped through USPS or UPS with tracking numbers provided. 

COLLECTIVE (ONLINE ONLY) PRODUCTS

We have some products on our site that are marked as Collective (Online Only) at the top of the product description. This means that this product is shipped to you directly from that brand's shipping facility, it does not come from us. We have partnered with a few other brands to give you more product offerings which is incredible. Their processing and shipping times may differ from ours. They are usually shipped within the same 1-7 business day timeframe, but that is not guaranteed. Some shipping times may be a little longer for some brands. If you are ordering COLLECTIVE products from multiple collective brands, you will be charged shipping from each brand and receive multiple shipments. If you would like to lower your total shipping cost, you can remove one brand at a time to see the shipping charges removed. Collective products are exclusively online only and not offered in store.
