Refund policy
RETURNS
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. All returns will be issued as store credit. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, the items must be in original condition, meaning it needs to be unworn and unwashed with original tags on the products.Â
To start a return, contact us through email at orders@noahloves.com with your order # and the reason for the return.Â
If your return is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label, which will be deducted from your returned credit balance. We will also provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first contacting us and going through our return policy will not be accepted.Â
REFUNDS
We do not process returns to original form of payment. We only issue refunds as store credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost and it will be deducted from the return balance owed. Once you have gone through our return procedure, and we have received and inspected your items ensuring it is in an unused/unwashed condition, we will then issue your store credit via email. No returns will be accepted after 15 days of receiving your order.
EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain products are nonreturnable. Please see the list below to ensure whether the product you are ordering is returnable or not.Â
Here is a list of our nonreturnable products: Sale items, holiday seasonal items (such as Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's), swim items, toys, rattles, loveys, teethers, baby brushes, bibs, hats, bows, any feeding gear, pacifiers, diaper bags and accessories, stroller bags, room decor, monthly milestone plaques, books, cups and tumblers, mini purses, nursing products, sunglasses, custom products, blankets, gift cards and any food or drink products are nonreturnable and are FINAL SALE. Products marked as COLLECTIVE (ONLINE ONLY) are final sale as well.
EXCHANGES
We do offer direct exchanges. Our inventory levels change very quickly. We will do everything we can to exchange for the size that you need, as long as we still have it and your item is in the original form, unwashed, not worn with original tags still on.Â
If you are exchanging through the mail, the return label cost will be charged to you directly, and you are in charge of printing the label, putting the item in the correct return mailing bag and shipping it back through our preferred carrier USPS. If you are exchanging in person, there is no cost.Â
We have all rights to reject any exchange for any reason we feel is necessary. If it is worn, washed or tags are removed, an exchange will NOT be allowed.Â
All FINAL SALE items are not eligible for exchanges, which includes, sale items, holiday items, swim items, hair accessories such as hats and bows, toys, teethers, books, pacifiers, pacifier clips, diaper bags, backpacks, diaper bag accessories, stroller bags, stroller accessories, rattles, sunglasses, socks, feeding gear of any kind and any thing else listed under our FINAL SALE SECTION.Â
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to place a new order for the desired item after your return is accepted and processed.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your products are damaged, defective or you received the wrong item. You can contact us at orders@noahloves.com with any order issues.
